  • Very useful software with good support. If it could reload the last image on next (auto)start, it would be just perfect.
  • Excellent disc drive emulator. Works perfectly well in Arch.
  • Simple and clean. Works great on debian / unstable / amd64 ( August 2016 ).
  • thank you!
  • Excellent software! I can finally use ISO files with DVDDecrypter+Wine (demux DVDVideo).
  • This s*** gives problems compiling, poor documentation about compiling and it have stupid bugs, also it is a pain in the a** configuring this piece of butt-crap in other distros that aren't Ubuntu, wonderful!. You have to use the bleeding-edge Ubuntu otherwise you will have a pain in the a** packaging or compiling this piece of buttcrap, software that targets just one distribution, and worse just one version of it is software that sucks.

  • My Age of Empires CD (first edition) was getting scratched, and I kept making copies to keep it alive. Those copies were having trouble being read, and were getting scratched themselves, and so I gave up and just made an ISO. After three times of installing XP, your code doesn't work anymore (even though it's the same machine, and you are entitled), so I turned to Ubuntu, which meant I couldn't play the game anymore ... Wine, PlayonLinux, various mounting utilities, and I wasn't able to get it to recognize my ISO as a CD (game itself said to insert CD), until I just found this. Thank you!

  • SOme more Info in the description would be nice… eg., does it handle compressed images like ccd/cxd, proprietary formats like cue/bin, nrg and the like; simulate copy protection (for completely legal personal back-ups of owned originals); or anything like that? If it is "just another mount wrapper" for the fses available with mount and diverse standard libs like fuse, I'll shred it right away (Didn't try anything out yet, still DL'ing for evaluation).
