The depend-on-anything-that-is-cool era

With revision 35, I have just started a new era. This revision adds new dependencies which will allow for all sorts of crazy new things to happen. The small update adds a dependency on OpenMP and libbobcat. Here's me hoping the next release of ccbuild ...
