5/9/05 Captain NMEA Pre-Alpha ready for review. Events where added for most NMEA sentence structures. Testing now has to be done to validate all the structures.

I have uploaded project files that I have created to date (project start date 4/23/5). If you see a problem with the project's design, go ahead and speak up. Have a suggestion? Shoot.
