Candy for AppFuse is being refactored in order to drop the dependency on m2eclipse (tycho)[1] for providing maven support. Instead, q4e[2] will be used. Project pages and update site for Candy will be available for those interested, but be aware that existing versions do not include the latest release of m2eclipse and neither can use the official 2.0 archetypes in AppFuse. Depending on user interest and available time, a maintenance release with both changes could be published to the update site. [1] http://m2eclipse.codehaus.org/ [2] http://code.google.com/p/q4e/
The current plan is to target Eclipse 3.3 / WTP 2.0 for future development. Cast you opinion at: http://ramblingabout.wordpress.com/2007/07/08/candy-for-appfuse-only-for-eclipse-europe/

Candy for Appfuse, a set of eclipse plug ins allowing more comfortable use of Appfuse 2.0, version 0.1.1 has been released. Current release is the first version (0.1.0) supports Appfuse 2 M4 and provides a wizard for creating new java projects based on the single-project archetypes. Maven2 integration is achieved through m2eclipse, so you can expect all your maven dependencies to be automatically on the eclipse build path (no more maven eclipse:eclipse), along with all the other goodies provided by m2eclipse. This version makes licensing terms more accessible in the source and binary distributions.
