Ab Initio protein structure prediction methods generate numerous structural candidates, which are referred to as decoys. Calibur is an efficient tool for finding the decoy with the most number of neighbors within a threshold distance.

Three packages are available: 1. calibur.tar.gz contains source codes for compiling Calibur on UNIX platforms, including Cygwin. (It has been tested only on Cygwin and Linux, however.) 2. calibur.win32.zip is a binary for 32-bit Windows. Compiled using MinGW. 3. calibur.zip contains source codes for compiling Calibur on Windows. It is intended to be used with the free IDE called CodeBlocks (http://www.codeblocks.org)
