CADdatives aims to develop opensource additions to the AutoCAD and IntelliCAD platforms.
Cleaned up some of the comments. Took out all unused functions.
Tried to make it a lot more generic. Renamed files and edited sources to get rid of any AEI Refs. Tried to include all necessary fuctions. Made all the layer fuctions work and integrated a lot of the stdlib project in that area.

Changes: Cleaned up the error handler and prefixed all the functions with "*" instead of "AEI-"
Added in some comments. Changed the filename to LispLib.lsp
