Hi Raul,
The same problem used to occur with Audio CD discs burned in the "Audio" tab. The problem is the audio converter of Apples DiscBurning framework. Cue / bin files are being parsed by this framework in Burn. As far as I know LiquidCD uses it's own method to parse these files.
I'm planning on adding a parser, that will convert the audio files the same way as the "Audio" tab does now. And also adds a lot more support for audio files like flac, ra etc. And as extra bonus it will work on Panther.
