So, some days ago I bought myself a Gembird SIS-PM-BT, which is a power strip with 4 switchable sockets. And the best part is: it can be controlled via bluetooth (in fact, this is the only way). Not being able to find an open-source program for using it, I decided to write one, which (in its current state) was a task of 4 hours. Now, another 4 hours later I've set up this project here and filled the SVN. Now, to keep the program slick, there's no configuration of scanning for devices built-in. Currently everything relevant (especially the BT address of the peer) is hard-coded and must be adjusted before building (that's why there's no package, you would probably be unable to use it). You will find instructions for that in the README. Good luck.
