  • Thanks for this app. I had been trying to use Windows 10 dynamic lock for over a year, and it has worked to a degree, but regularly becomes untrustworthy. (I would walk away, or even turn my phone off, and come back an hour later to find that dynamic lock failed.) Usually I was able to fix the issue by deleting and re-adding my cell phone to windows devices. This morning suddenly it became unfixable. No amount of re-adding or rebooting worked. So I searched and found your app, and it looks like it is working great. I really like the fact that it lets you know right away if you are in range or not.)
  • For my device (LG G3) it would say it went out of range after a few minutes and not come back, even though the device was in fact still in range with Bluetooth turned on. This would be a great app if it worked. Once you set it up, you can have it run minimized on start-up with the following command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\BtProx\btprox.exe" -q Of course, C:\Program Files (x86)\BtProx\ should be wherever you installed the app.
  • Very happy with this simple application.
  • I am not able to see the video of these tutorials. If I could it is really a good job
  • I tried it on one of my VPS servers and so far it is very smooth and error-free
  • Tnx nice application only i have some answers how does it works lock and release commands? how does it work arguments?
  • Not working on Windows vista x64
  • Nice driver, thanks
  • Are there any updates coming?
  • it doesnt run my programs =(
  • It's the dogs.
  • Very useful; focused purpose; not duplicated in OSS world
  • You can perform unlock on windows by using the logon executable here - http://www.softtreetech.com/24x7/archive/51.htm
  • Great tool, looking for a windows version of BlueProximity since ages. Is there a connection with the linux tool BlueProximity? That uses the BT signal level to be able to set a distance for lock and unlock. It would be nice if that is usable here too (if available at msWindows). Other extention ideas can be the use of multiple BT devices: lock/unlock when 1 of them is in range, or if all of them are in range.
  • Does what it says on the box. Windows 7, Nokia phone, all good. Would agree with two comments though "seconds not minutes in countdown timer" and "unlock doesn't work" - this is probably because the computer is set to require a password to unlock.
  • Theres a bug with the countdown timer, says "will lock in x minutes" when it should say seconds.
  • It locks just fine but the unloking doesnt work or am I missing something. Must I enter an unlock command* What is the command?
