    If you're looking for a bug tracking system or ticket system, this is one of the best I've ever used (free or paid). This system has evolved into a very usable tool that I use EVERY day.

    This is excellent. Deployed and works in minutes. Easy to customize. I even added a true event based time tracking to this quite easily, so that it automatically measures time used for each item, category and project. We use this for all work item types in all projects.

    This is the easiest setup and configuration I have seen in a long time. If you aren't using this for bug/issue tracking, you should be! It's better than any paid system I have seen, hands down.

    If you need a bug tracking system that is flexible and simple at the same time, this is the one. Oh, and it is free too. Plus, if you have some .Net skills, you can even code your way to even better flexibilitiy :)
