    Dear people,

    Please can you help me? I will give a reward if someone can help me. I have all files to set on 7777 and I get this message;

    Warning: fopen(../include/config.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/freera/domains/free-railsimaddons.net/public_html/install/index.php on line 45
    Can't save configurations

    How can I solve this problem? Please help me with this.
