I have tested Brewsta in Debian Lenny (testing) and in Sid (unstable), and both are working fine.

I am quite curious to see where this program is headed. It would be great at some point to have advanced features available like I have seen in some other brewing programs. Things such as style guidelines being displayed when you're creating a custom recipe, an easy way to change batch size, a visual representation of the SRM, a calculator that can tell you how many beers you have time to drink while your wort-chiller is going, etc, etc.

I really only have one complaint so far though, the columns automatically sizing themselves too small. Being able to add ingredients would be nice too, but it looks like it would be easy enough to create an ingredient file.

Anyway, I'm glad someone is working on something like this. I'd been using Qbrew, but it doesn't seem like it's been worked on in a long time. I'm not a programmer but I'm not afraid of looking at some code. If there's anything I can do to help let me know.
