    This is what I assumed: the problem is not related to the Database error messages. I'm sorry I've no idea why there is an exception in the AWT-EventQueue.

    Try the following: download Weka 3-4-4 (the old version of Weka!) and BioWeka and install it into a new directory. Also use a new user account to configure Weka and BioWeka:
