Sorry, I'm out of this project. So I can't help you with detailed instructions. Try this: add the JARs for the JDBC drivers to the lib directory and edit the corresponding jdbc.properties file (google for "JDBC properties").

Normally the error shouldn't be critical. I don't why it causes Weka to crash. I experienced this error in the past and it is an expected behavior if you don't want to use JDBC.
