• BINViz: New Release. IE 7 tested and supported!

  BINViz(Bidirectional Interactive Network Visualization) is a JavaScript library for network and graph visualization. The goal of this tool is to provide a better way to visualize complex graphical models and the underlying data in a web-based environment. Now IE 7 is supported by BINViz! All basic features which are part of the core implementation are running on IE 7. Try it out! Edge labels are now visualized in the drawing and can be switched of easily. • Create Your DOT graph online

  A new plugin for BINViz is now available and can be tested on http://sysbio.engin.umich.edu/~benjamin/sandbox/dotparserFull.html It is still a beta version but works fine for basic digraphs. Have a look and try it out! Let me know if there are any wishes for more features of this usefull plugin. • BINViz: New Release

  BINViz(Bidirectional Interactive Network Visualization) is a JavaScript library for network and graph visualization. The goal of this tool is to provide a better way to visualize complex graphical models and the underlying data in a web-based environment A new version (0.5.2) of BINViz is released on Jan 4th, 2008. New features like multi-colored edges are now available! A package with some examples is also added to the download web page. The package "binviz_basic" contains only one file including BINViz and all basic libraries and images. This version of BINViz should be used for web applications to provide a fluent and efficient integration.

  - Edges are multicolored now - Bugs of node and edge visualzation were fixed - To edit node properties a doubleclick on the node is now suitable; the context menu functionality is disabled.
