  • IfcXML: IfcPropertySingleValue

The NominalValue of an IfcPropertySingleValue is lost because it's content is encoded as as a reference to a not existing element. Using server version http://tools.bimtoolset.org/BIMserver/foss4g/bimserver.jar Uploaded http://www.buildingsmart.com/files/20091007_Test_BasicFM-HandOver_01_valid.ifc Downloaded IfcXML:

  • button on the jar starter

After starting the bimserver, using the jar.... could i please have a button to get to http://localhost:8080/ (or any other port number that was filled in the screen). It would save me a lot of typing :-S.

  • download link picture is gone

The download/checkout IFC and IFCXML link used to be a picture (or CSS thing), but it's now a 'normal' download link. Looks like a bug....

  • merge two revisions

Hi, Could it be possible to merge two revisions? For example: merge the latest revision of user A and the latest revision of user B. This would be nice because user A only models the piping, and user B only the structure. And the BIM model is the combination of piping and structure. Thank you! User B.

  • checking on persistence

Hi, I'd like the bimserver to check model persistence. When I (user A) check out a model, and another user does that too (user B), we both work at the same time (concurrent) on the model. When user B uploads his new revision of the model it will 'just' have a new revision number. When I (user A) upload my changed model, I would like the server to detect that there is a newer revision...

  • get revisions per user

Hi, I'd like to see the reversions of the model per user. So... just my ons model-revisions, from another user, et cetera. This way I can see the modelrevisions from the architect, the construction engineer, et cetera separately . That would be great. PS: is it possible to merge those separate revisions into one? (ignore site and building and just sum up the rest of the data?!)

  • download as ZIP

Hi guys, I'd like a feature where i can download all revisions of a project in one single ZIP file. Or (even better), all revisions of all projects in one ZIP file (as admin ofcourse). I know you might night like the idea because the bimserver is the central spot to store data, but you would make me very happy with it :-) Thanks in advance!

  • Comment: IfcRelAssignsToGroup not working multiple assignments

Dear Paolo and Ruben, I agree to Ruben that each IfcGroup can only having (even must have exactly) one IfcRelAssignsToGroup refering to it via argument 'RelatingGroup' of IfcRelAssignsToGroup. I can imagine people find this ackward, but this is really an issue for the MSG (Model Support Group of IFC) and it could be send as an issue to their database (see also ). The...
