problem to edit references after upgrade

    I doubt that the problem is due to the database. You can however easily create a new one using the FirstTime Wizard (in the help menu).

    I just tested here under Windows XP and it works normally. List of versions: 1) python2.6.3 2) wxpython2.8.10.1 for python2.6
