Betabrite Web LED Sign Control

After putting it off for a long while i finally finished the PHP web-access frontend, and released it along with the Hibernate database update for the Java program. All other releases are no longer supported (at least by me) and have been hidden on the sourceforge downloads page. There has also been a significant database change so people using older versions of the program will basically need to re-install the program (although the install process have been greatly simplified).

The SVN will be updated with the new source by the end of the week.
