There's a way to fix the case conflict and make it usable on Windows:
0. when unzipping the tar, create a copy of the unzipped files (Extension.java & subjectAltName.java) before continuing with the conflicting file alert and overwriting them
1. import the src tree as an Eclipse project
2. rename SubjectAltName to SubjectAltName1 and EXTENSION to EXTENSION1
3. fix the compile errors by renaming the reference across the source tree

Source code not usable on Windows because files with same names that only differ in case are used (e.g. EXTENSION.java Extension.java)
