AyCare helps your eyes and your joints and muscles by reminding you to relax your eyes and to stretch. Also AyCare automatically changes brightness of your screen.

The program requires you to run it as administrator, to do so right click on it's shortcut (or exe) then go to "compatibility" tab and check "Run this program as an administrator".
