Linux Kernel Driver for AirLink101 series of USB to Ethernet adapters
Merged driver code into asix.c file in 2.6.17.9 kernel.
Added fix to prevent network traffic until the speed thread was first run. Prevents network errors from traffic being sent right after interface is brought up (ala dhcpcd)
