webmin bug? (ignores configfile location)

Both v1.2 and v1.1 seem to ignore a user-specified configuration file location other than /etc/awstats. All config files were in /etc/opt/awstats, I entered that directory in the webmin module configuration, but none of the existing configuration files were displayed, and "Your user is allowed to view/edit config files into (or that are links to) /etc/awstats." was displayed in the module, even though /etc/awstats was not defined anywhere for the configuration.
After moving the .conf files from /etc/opt/awstats/ to /etc/awstats, all were displayed in the main awstats module page.
I grepped through the code quickly to see where this may be happening, but did not get any red flags. I'll try to review it further later tonight, but can't promise.
Let me know if any other info would be helpful in troubleshooting this...
