These versions contain fixes for all reported problems as well as an enhancement of the resources wizard page.
The last wizard page (additional resources) has been improved. Any relative part of the file name can now be used as the zip file entry. Two additional buttons allow shifting path components between base directory and relative part. The plugin now remembers the last used configuration and preselects it on startup.

Autojar does no longer crash if an invalid file is encountered in the class path. Instead, a warning is issued.
