Changes in v1.0.1 1) Corrected multi-channel threshold utilization for image removal - previously Channel One's thresholds were being used for image removal of subsequent channels in stack 2) Corrected logic to reset Write PHLIP-ML file without thresholds if new images or a new directory were loaded after previously Removing Extraneous Images - previously if Remove Extraneous Images was used and then new images were loaded and Write PHLIP-ML was selected without Remove Extraneous Images, the PHLIP-ML file was written as if Remove Extraneous Images was selected 3) Corrected 'Contact Developer' function to send email behind firewall 4) Corrected 'Contact Developer' logic to recognize variable email formats before it asks to enter a valid email 5) Updated 'Write PHLIP-ML File' to condense the differences of multilple channel stacks into a shorter name - to overcome PHLIP write error of graph jpg's 6) Updated 'Merge PHLIP-ML Files' function with ability to change file directory of images in xml file 7) Added function to use previously calculted thresholds for next PACVEIR 8) Added indicator to show how many stacks remained during thresholding
Changes from Beta Version: 1) Updated logic to detect Numbering Format (Fixed or Variable) 2) No longer need to convert Variable digit format to Fixed digit format 3) Stack naming function from filenames automatically detects unique names. No longer necessary to define which characters to use 4) Idle windows no longer run CPU at 100%
