AthenaRMS 5.0 Released
AthenaRMS 5.0 is now available for download. Over the last few months the AthenaRMS developers have been busy at work porting AthenaRMS to work with both MySQL and Oracle 9i in addition to its native Postgres. Now, after some minor UI enhancements, the application is being formally released. A simple, yet elegant request management system, AthenaRMS allows your support staff to treat individuals with quality customer care, while treating common problems in mass. By providing one time URLS to end-users, AthenaRMS scales to support an unlimited number of users. Multiple tickets can be tagged and responded to with the option of closing all tagged tickets upon response. AthenaRMS is written in PHP and uses standard open source libraries for data abstraction and session management. With a flexible data model, AthenaRMS can be easily customized to track just about anything.
