New version of app_cbmysql.so that is compatible with TB 2.8 - Asterisk 1.6 has been uploaded.

The version of app_cbmysql.so included in web-meetme3 as part of Trixbox 2.8.0.2 iso was compiled with differing and incompatible options from the asterisk core application.
See results of module load app_cbmysql below: Please re-compile app_cbmysql and post patch with new version.
