  - Added display of source file line number in error messages. - Fixed line numbering for extensions that have comments in between commands - Fixed the way an extension indexes its commands (no longer indexes comment lines) - Fixed some uncaught exceptions, turned them to error messages that the user can see in case they input invalid code.
