ASC is a tool to count traffic between users and different subnets. The most common usage is to measure individual users amount of traffic to and from the internet. Very easy to configure, see the documentation.

Since I now have an internet connection with flatrate, development has stopped. If anyone wants to take over, please mail me at laust.rud@spamcop.net. It has been fun, but I think it is time to find a new spare-time project.
Build 0.2.0.23, 18-01-2002 - fixed XML-directory error. - Now saves autosave interval and refresh interval. Also saving wether the timers should be active. - Connector tab under options is now removed as it has no function in the current version. - Compiles with standard Delphi 5 components and included files. - Removed components used from the RxLib package. This package no longer exists, so it's time to move on. Form placement is no longer saved, and when choosing where to save the XML-files, the users has to enter the path himself. - Cleaned up the screen for editing user details, removed unused information - Now saving options when done editing them - Inconsistency between the XML-files regarding price removed
