This release features the addition of some novel security tools - tools for passive network discovery by analyzing broadcast traffic, very fast SMB password cracking tool and a UPnP device discovery tool analyzing M-SEARCH packets, to mention a few among others.
The latest version of Arudius has arrived, featuring Linux kernel 2.6.15 and support for more wireless cards. In addition a new member of the Arudius family was added. The team behind Arudius Linux has just released version 0.3, which is a major step forward in terms of features and stability. Numerous bugs in the boot process have been fixed, the code has been cleaned up and over 20 new security tools have been added to the list, while still keeping the ISO file small so it can fit on a 210MB mini-CD.
The developers of Arudius have posted a new release. This release adds DSL management tools to the distribution and fixes a bug that causes annoying error messages to pop up at boot time, warning the user about mounting the root filesystem read-write.
