ARIZA is a bug/request tracking tool coded with PHP in an AJAX approach. It works with favorite DBMS such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. It is being distributed under GPL licence. It is free (as in beer) and free (as in speech) and open source.

In development, but ARIZA is one of the best web based bug tracking system I've found. It pursuits just track bugs in an easy way. You can add bugs to the list in a non difficult manner so you have much more time to spend solving bugs than tracking them. There is a great job done and a hard work to complete this great idea, but I suggest to continue working in that manner to obtain a very useful bug tracking software. You're in the right way!!
