I would like very much to be able to find my friends more easily. Sure, you can right-click on their name on the buddy list and select "where," but that does not always give a clear indication of where in the vast Stendhal world they are (especially if you have never been there before).

I would like to see the option to either display how many paces (squares) to the north, south, east or west the friend is, or possibly a directional indicator. Perhaps the directional indicator could be integrated into the buddy list as a sort of always-on indicator of the direction the player needs to go in order to find their friends.
