It seems TntWare doesn't support that anymore...
Perhaps it would be time to stop it's use and try to manage with Delphi native controls? D2009 and later are natively Unicode capable anyway...

Kylix is dead, and anyway it uses CLX framework instead of VCL, actually making porting hard enough...

I wouldn't use Ares as a torrent client. Utorrent is the best. Ares does not seed nor capable of seeding once it closes and reopens.

after a hours 2 -3 -4 of using ares the pm tab gets stuck and clicking on the main tab doesn't display the main chat.

This should be closed as ares already supports Magnet Links.
All you have to do is enable them in the ares control panel under the hashlinks tab.

Well, one thing that I want removed is the internet tab. Also, the preview function could be improved upon by adding an option to have Ares open the video that's being improved in the assigned media player instead of itself.
