The Arduino BOARDS.TXT Editor is a Windows program for editing BOARDS.TXT and PROGRAMMERS.TXT files.

BOARDS.TXT Editor is compatible with Arduino IDE 1.0 through 1.5x and other compatible IDEs like Visual Micro
