To override limited possibilities of apex we should add a input-field option to "Cursor Focus" in the page options where developer can define the name of the item the focus should be set to.

Sorry for the previous post.
I am using Firefox 3.0.7 and the Apex builder plugin 1.9. Sometimes the plugin settings window opens, sometimes it doesn't.
This is the error I receive when it stops working:

Are there any work arounds for this issue. Its been open for awhile and would like to just see this functionality disabled for this page in the interim.

A value which is set in the split "Display As" field by the "Set" operation, eg.
ApexBuilderPlugin.addSetOperation
