A working demonstration of the latest release (1.1) of the Anthill Bug Manager under mod_perl is up at https://squanto.pls.uni.edu/perl/Anthill/admin/login.pl . You may log in as 'BugMaster' (case-sensitive) with password "anthill" and perform all operations normally available to the BugMaster except changing his password. If you want to see what the anonymous public access looks like, you may go to http://squanto.pls.uni.edu/perl/Anthill/search.pl and http://squanto.pls.uni.edu/perl/Anthill/new.pl to find out. Please be considerate of others using the system. Note: If you have never been to this demo server before, you will have to approve the dummy certificate. If you are concerned about its validity, you may compare its MD5 fingerprint against AD:11:DB:5C:A8:42:F6:B3:1F:14:EF:B5:D8:C3:A9:54.
A new stable version (1.1) of the Anthill Bug Manager has been released. Anthill is a simple, secure, reliable, and fast bug manager based on MySQL and CGI::SecureState. It is also the official example of how to use CGI::SecureState in a serious project. Changes from the previous version include (among other things) one minor bug fix, the ability to sort search results, and major documentation updates. Comments and feedback are welcome.
