This program helps people with counterstrike servers configure amx and amxx easily. It supports all commands in the main config files, and can create plugins.ini based on the plugins the user chooses.

A few small bugs have been fixed in the amx configurer bringing the version number to 2.3.1. They are very minor and current users don't really need to update, but new users should download this version.
