Not Recognizing Text File

    We have successfully used AMTU for six months for uploading inventory text files and downloading orders. Yesterday, we attempted to upload a shipping confirmation file. The upload failed with a log message of "Could not recognize file ShipConfirm.txt - Ignoring". The inventory and confirmation files were in the Outgoing Folder at the same time and the inventory was sent. We then successfully uploaded the same confirmation file to the Upload Order Related Files browser page.
