  New Version 2.1 of AktivHelp Support Desk is now available for download. Alternatively, it can be tested on our web site at http://www.aktivhelp.com/demo. The version contains improved security model, new email message log, and a number of minor changes and fixes.

  AktivHelp Support Desk System is a web-based helpdesk application that allows for the exchange of information between users and their service provider (for example an IT helpdesk and their end-users). New Version 2.0 of AktivHelp Support Desk is now available for download. Alternatively, it can be tested on our web site at http://www.aktivhelp.com/demo. The latest version runs on .NET Framework 2.0 and can be opened in Visual Studio 2005. Also it is optimized for Internet Explorer 7.
