alguichan This project is a spin-off of guichan, a GUI library made by Olof Naessén and Per Larsson. You can find it at http://code.google.com/p/guichan/ . Essentially, it is a specific version of the original guichan library (a few changes lists after 0.8.1), which I based my changes and additions on. Recently, due to the work of Siegelord and Polybios, there is a back end for allegro 5. That got me into porting my games using guichan onto allegro 5.1. The original guichan library is not actively maintained any longer, so in some sense this is a continuation of that library, which I think is really good work. As I'm only using allegro, this library most probably will only have "official" allegro back ends. As there are other back ends in the original guichan project, I would be happy to include more back ends as contributions, if somebody is willing to provide some ported code. in 2011, Tobias Scheuer
