Ajax File Browser is a PHP application that allows you to share and administer files on your server with a Web 2.0 look and feel. User accounts and permissions can be applied to Shares (sources) for more control.

Easy to implement, nice security features. I especially appreciate the ability to set user access to different shares, and the ability to blacklist files and directories. I would like to see some additional documentation, though.
