AJAX Chat - Open Source Web Chat

Hi.

I'm starting to make this chatbox with a extra container for a video player.
i got the container in place but the the resizing is not good.
if i close the player the chatlist goes max.
and if i close the player the userlist stays small.

any tips on how to fix this?
it would be great if we can make this more flexible. so u can use that comtainer for all kinds of stuff.
