Remove instructor from the schedule when they have resigned or become inactive. 2.34 Aug 27, 2007 Correct showing 0.5 P&P when a 0 has been entered in AddModifyFlights. 2.35 Sep 4, 2007 Allow currency prefix to be a configuration item. Don't allow repeat entries to be deleted unless the repeat entry id is valid.
