CHANGES AGRanger 0.5 RELEASED (24/May/2002) ----------------------------------- I finally feel that AGRanger is stable enough to release 0.5 :) Added Features (1) AGRanger can now detect if another instance of itself is running. AGRanger 0.5 BETA 3 RELEASED (15/May/2002) ----------------------------------------- Quick release to solve an icompatiblity problem I missed AGRanger 0.5 BETA 2 RELEASED (13/May/2002) ------------------------------------------ Added Features (1) AGRanger is now compatible with JDK's 1.2.2 and above (2) Sometimes not all the proxy tests are done, AGRanger handles that now. (3) Introduced a new event to notify UIs of Fatal errors or exceptions that occur in the engine. Bugs Fixed (1) Bug (request id[553164] loop if shares path does not exist) has been fixed AGRanger 0.5 BETA RELEASED (26/April/2002) ------------------------------------------ The following features/changes have been made (1) Resumed Downloads are now supported (2) Logging Panel doesn't log so much and this has helped speed the program up in certain places (3) A list of directories, that a first time user, wants to share, are now collected from the user. (4) In the Swing UI the size and speed columns are more accurate and refresh more nicely. (5) In the Swing UI only active transfers are shown in the JTable (6) Overall the program uses less memory and is faster in certain aspects. There's still a bit to do though. AGRanger 0.5 ALPHA 2 RELEASED (9/April/2002) -------------------------------------------- Bugs Fixed (1)Files not sent even when FileID's match. Request ID (540619) (2)Not Searching for files using localID. Request ID (541010) AGRanger 0.5 ALPHA RELEASED (6/April/2002) -------------------------------------------- The 0.5 Alpha version is released at last !! :) Please note (1) The swing UI is still a bit crude and there's still many decisions to make, like whether to keep the logging panel for the next release. (2) Resumed downloads aren't yet supported.
