  • there must be a bug in fdb!!!

when i tried to search for artist "sportfreunde stiller" with "fdb "sportfreunde stiller"", there was the message "no album found", although in the web- interface on www.cddb.com there were results. then i tried fdb "sportfreunde stiller " with a space at the end, it showed me the results. but it wasn't possible to queue the album...

  • Building on FreeBSD

Building on FreeBSD works fine, but first I had to put the line "#include <sys/types.h>" above the "#include <netinet/in.h>" line...I haven't tried this modified source on other *nixes yet, but if it works there, maybe that'd be a change you could make?.

  • Proxy

The ag, am and fdb will segfault if a HTTP proxy server is required. Is proxy support planned in the near future?.

  • Followup: RE: Patch: fdb to work with agrename.pl

Hm, i had a little problem with agrename.pl, that it always adds an additive 0 to the trackname, so track1 gets to 0track1 and track2 to 00track2 and so on. i have testet it only with fdb, but it seems for me that this is a bug into agrename.pl, but im not sure. Is this a bug, or only bad use from myself?.

  • Patch: fdb to work with agrename.pl

Hi i had a little Problem with am, it didn't find all albums, so i used fdb. It worked fine, but there was a little problem, agrename.pl only worked with am. I changed something at fdb, and now it also will work with fdb Hth.
