The Adept Library contains a lightweight Java Object database for stand-alone applications. It is designed for simplicity of use, exposing a simple DTO - no need for copy logic or complex serialisation techniques. It is also a powerful general library.

The Adept Library, formerly Adze-db is now it it's first beta release. This means that all intended functionality for the library is now complete as designed. This includes a full-featured Java object database with transactions, XML export/import, migration and scraping to/from namve/value pairs. It also include file, I/O, networking, time, XML, numeric, string, caching and session support - among many other tools.
Initial release. Complete source, javadoc and jar file.
