Something that I have learned is that the only power a leader has is the power that the followers give him. Being a leader generally means that you have to make certain people (by accident usually) in order to make progress. Everyone has their own idea. I haven't been more vocal about it, but our current leadership has been very good. We need to ensure that whoever ends up leading is willing to lead as well as to decide, regardless of what people think about said decision. It is a hard position to be in. As a community, we should be willing to support whichever leader is elected (through voting, or just through popular opinion, or just through stepping up to do it.) Without support, a leader can do nothing. That's just my two cents. Whoever the community decides to have as their leader, I will support.
