First of all, many thanks to the developers for creating this fine project!
I installed Activa TSP on a Windows 2003 Server (odd, but I only have that :-( and could bring it up and working - great!
The problem I have is that we work mainly with SIP. As a result, it would be nice to define the Channel type, I've found that ActivaTSP always (?) uses 'local' as channel type:
Action: Originate.
Channel: local/6327.
Exten: 0325178181.
Priority: 1.
Callerid: 6327.
Context: bse-outgoing.
ActionID: 2.
Async: 1.
It would be nive to define a channel to something like this: SIP/abc-5560
Another problem I have is the fact that we use characters in numbers, for example 'abc5560'. Some Drivers recognize this not as the Caller-ID-Num but as the Caller-ID-Name. Using ASTTAPI I could solve the problem by typing both: "Benjamin" <abc5560>
