Part-of-speech tagging is the task of assigning symbols from a particular set to words in a natural language text. ACOPOST implements and extends well-known machine learning techniques and (in the future) provides a uniform environment for testing.

Works well on Linux, and on Mac OS X after a little tweaking of header files. Scores really high on precision, especially the t3 tagger, which is a reimplementation of Thorsten Brants' TnT tagger.
