Hi Guys,
Love the app, it's great for most of what I need (ripping DVDs for use with my TV using miniDLNA).
I have one problem, which is that I can't re-encode my foreign language DVDs as standard MPEG-PS with subtitles added.
I appreciate that I can 'copy' the MPEG-PS from the DVD using the copy option. I can also add subtitles if I re-encode to a different format.

v0.14 still fails to allow spaces in the file name when caching the title.
The cache file is created correctly by mplayer but the mencoder part lacks quoting:

Hello, (sorry for my bad english but i'm french)
they have 2 problems
- the first is the scale detection is bad on french DVD
acidrip detect : width=400 Horiz=318 height=176 Vert=56
but i have the real value width=720 Horiz=0 height=352 Vert=62 (with this command : mplayer [...] -vf cropdetect)

lsdvd somehow get's subpicture stream ids (and audio stream ids) wrong, I don't have much of a clue about DVD stuff, so I cannot really say what the problem is
but since mplayer got it right, I managed to get a fix together.
The real streamids are within subp_control/audio_control, unfortunately there are 4 different stream ids for per subpicture, so things get a bit more complicated. I...

AcidRip is awesome and 'just works'. I run MythTV (Ubuntu Feisty pre MythBuntu). I can't seem to figure out the correct settings to rip/encode a DVD so that MythTV will play it. I have been trying xvid 1-pass and mp3lame 128k. No joy. Does anyone know the correct settings?.
