    It is exactly what I need, however I can't get .NET Framework version 1.1.4322 because it is so old:( Can anyone help????

    Сайт разработчика без сертификата безопасного соединения, приложение требует установленного .Net ("This setup requires the .NET Framework version 1.1.4322. Please install the .NET Framework and run this setup again. The .NET Framework can be obtained from the web. Would you like to do this now?"), однако, установка на Microsoft Windows 10.0.19042.630 последнего 1.1 (1.1.14 от 14.05.2019) с последующей перезагрузкой проблему отказа установки не решило.
